The Trust: Gnanam School of Business is a unit of the A.Y.S Parisutha Nadar Centenary Foundation, a Public Charities Trust, established on 27.08.2007 which was started with the noble idea of carrying on with the philanthropic activities of the family as espoused by the late A.Y.S Parisutha Nadar himself

The Management : The Trust has been promoted by three trustees including Sri S.P.Selvaraj B.Com, Smt. Francisca Selvaraj and Sri. S.P.S. Aruldoss M.B.A. The promoters have been well-known entrepreneurs in the Hospitality and Travel Industry for a very long time in the historic town of Thanjavur. They have also been associated with developmental works in the field of agriculture which is the mainstay occupation of the region. Now, they have carried this expertise into the field of Management education
